After reading some other comments on the shot and the two other critiques I felt I had to write a critique myself.

Because on one hand this shot is great and a great demonstration of craftmanship. On the other hand there are a few aspects that makes me think hmmm...this is certainly not one of your best images.

I feel like the composition doesn't work here. To me the little house is real distracting. It's not that I wanted to see a straight jetty composition as I've seen so many times before. No I think that the house is a quite dominant block of wood that blocks a rather big part of the horizon. The texture of the wood from the path is wonderful, and I love how the light of the sun of it falls on it. It would look way better with behind it nicely blurred water.

But technically it's a wonderful shot. Maybe it's post-processing, maybe it's HDR...It looks great anyway. It really approaches the human eye in a very natural way. That's great, really.
It really doesn't decrease you as a great photographer, don't get me wrong. But as I am looking right now and I see 680 faves I think to myself: "I can pick enough shots in your gallery that should earn that number instead of this one".
